Welcome to Day Three of Executive Mindset!

Did you know there are some Asian companies that have 500 year business plans????  This crazy, right?  Thinking long term is one of the most important habits you can develop as a small business owner.  In todays world we are constantly looking for instant gratification but you are gonna change that!  Think long term. Another critical point for you to win is to create the "space" you need to work on all of your business systems.  This can feel like a monumental and overwhelming task so remember to focus on progress not perfection.  Your business right now is already fully systemized but I bet there are many areas not working in your business. When your business is needing more revenue or cash is getting tight there is a temptation to to "wide" instead of "deep".  We think buying a new piece of equipment or offering additional services is the answer but it is not. Building a business is one of the hardest things you will ever do in your life but can also be the most rewarding.  Take the time to invest and work on your mindset.  Be intentional about the kind of people you spend time with and allow influence in your life. Anyone can win but not everyone will.  Why?  It's a combination of mindset and GRIT.  Ask yourself this question:  "Are you relentless?  Do you want to win so bad that your stomach hurts?"  If the answer is yes than you have what it takes as long as you operate with the correct mindset. I am super excited to unpack this 5 day series and share with you what I have learned over the years through pain and suffering.
