Hiring Rockstar Employee’s Part 3

The Key To Breaking Free Is In Your Rockstar Team

What would it mean for you and your business to have incredible staff?  Imagine if every player on your team was a top notch A Player Rockstar!

What it means for Brian Hegarty is having the ability to travel in the off-season.  He spent countless winters in Colorado snow skiing and now spends the entire winter in Florida fishing in the ocean.

All of this was made possible by having a solid team operating the business like a fine tuned machine.

Do you take the winters off?

Could you walk away from your business for a week or two at a time?

If not, then you need to tune in to today’s episode.

We are wrapping up a 3 part series laying out specifically what you need to do to recruit, vet, interview, hire, on-board, train and develop top talent.

With just a small amount of focused effort and having access to the right systems, you too can start hiring only the very best.

If you have a small business you owe it to yourself to invest in Brian’s new course called The Ultimate Rockstar Employee Toolkit.

This course is concise and simple and includes all of his systems and processes.  It includes every document that you need through the entire process (and the documents are fully editable).  It even includes sample interviews with real potential recruits done by Brian and his team.

I hope you enjoy the course and the three part podcast series we put together.

Great stuff once again. Awesome content. The cost of the wrong employees is so worth applying these principles to find the right employees.

Thanks Cliff. I agree… a little more effort on the front end will pay HUGE dividends later. Thanks for listening my friend.

I love what you’re talking about. But I’m kind of a one man band. My worker that I’ve had for the last 13 years has no desire for management. How do I do what you guys describe that takes multiple people to pull off.

      Hi Eric,

You can still apply most all of these principles as a one man band. Assuming you will need to hire in the future and want to grow it is well worth the effort and time to apply at least as much of these concepts as you can to your hiring process now.
