What is the difference between a dream and a goal?   What are the habits you need in place to actually accomplish your goals?

You were born to win but you have to make it happen with goals and habits.

Unfortunately being successful is rather boring.  It is in the daily grind where the real magic happens.  It is in the habits you develop over time that will deliver you to your ultimate outcome. These will be the foundation for you to move toward your goal.

It’s easy to say you’re going to build a million dollar business, but you have to be willing to change. You have to be very specific and be very clear and have accountability to accomplish your goals.

-Realistic

-Time Bound

    This is another great episode. I’m not a very organized person. As result I tend to not make goals which has been a disaster for my company and personal life. This year I have decided to take owner ship of may failures and implement S.M.A.R.T. goal setting and it has made a huge difference in my ability to become more organized and ad get things done. “goals without dates are just dreams”
