I went to Ludington and had to drive 8 hours to hang out with family for my niece’s birthday party. When I drive, it’s an amazing opportunity for me to learn.
Today, Chever Chapman posted a live video a few minutes ago and he was talking about how amateurs focus on the front end and pros focus on the back end same thing with Russell looks through some of the trainings I was going through alluding to the same idea.
It hit me because this is one of so many reasons why small companies can’t scale or can’t get enough big foundation.
The other problem is they are really scared to spend money to acquire customers.
It’s not about perfection it’s about progress. So people have fears, they put things off, they don’t build systems and they won’t delegate responsibility to other people because they know those people aren’t perfect.
But the underlying real problem? Is the lack of focus and obsession in sales marketing and being willing to spend intelligent money to acquire customers.
