It may sound like an oxymoron, but on this episode of Quick Talk I talk about the power of saying no when it comes to opportunities to grow your business. So often we get caught up in life at pursuing new opportunities and projects, and in a way can be a victim of our own success. Accepting every new opportunity, especially when starting a new business, may sound like a great idea in the beginning. But as you get caught up in more and more projects, you begin to lose focus on what is truly important to growing your business.

I bring up this topic on the podcast today and talk more about how we as entrepreneurs can bring more discipline into our lives and businesses, and in that way, become more successful. By saying no to opportunities that aren’t the best fit, you open the door for new projects that can help you further your business.
