Thank you Josh. This podcast really hit the spot and I need to implement in a few areas of the business that I have. At the moment sales are down, as expected being in the off season. This will be great to work on. I currently have created 8 manuals for each service that the business provides for the customers. Prepairing for the future is such an adventure. Thanks for putting this directly in front of me of what is missing.
