If something falls in your lap, if there’s an opportunity in front of you, don’t turn down profitable revenue. But, don’t trick yourself into thinking the way to pay down the debt it to offer more services. It’s not true. You don’t need to do this service or that service to pay it off, you just need to make profitable sales!
Doing things that you aren’t efficient at complicates your business and makes it harder to train people and get things done.
What can you do with some of the underpriced jobs to re-engage them at a higher price, and increase their frequency? How do you get your current customers to become raving fans and refer their Uncle?
