    Great podcast Josh! I have been trying to change my mindset this year with sales and knowing the difference between pursading and convincing just blew me away! Went did an estimate right after the podcast and I was twice as high as my competitior, but instead back tracking on why my price is twice as high. I calmy explained the difference in companies and what the customer needs and what we give in value and I was able to pursade him and go with us.
