Today I wanna talk about Techno-Babble.
I remember when I had my service company in the early days before it was successful, ironically, whenever you try to simplify anything, it’s actually really complex and hard to get it simple.
When it comes to selling, confuse people don’t buy stuff. They don’t! People need clarity and simplicity.
Even if you’re lawn mowing company, if your pitch is set up the wrong way where it’s really heavy and technical, it doesn’t help you but it hurts you.
How do I make people get understand and get excited about my business?
Customers vote with their wallet. If you’re authentically providing massive value, then you’ll make a lot of money as a natural byproduct of that.
BUT!!! You have to clearly articulate the value to the person without speaking techno-babble.
